Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WSAL mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WSAL is a digital business card platform that allows users to create, share, and scan professional profiles via QR codes and direct links. Features include:

  • Creating a digital business card with professional contact information
  • Sharing your profile via QR code, link, or NFC
  • Scanning other users' QR codes to view their profiles
  • Saving your card to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet
  • Managing your profile and account settings

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WSAL. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To use WSAL, you must sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the information in your profile is accurate and up to date
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WSAL only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent contact information
  • Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable Saudi or international law

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and features within WSAL are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

Content you create (your profile information) remains yours. By submitting it to WSAL, you grant us a limited license to display it to other users as part of the App's core functionality.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WSAL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, reputational harm, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page accordingly. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
